1 Tbsp. Unsweetened applesauce
½ tsp. Salt
1 ½ c. All-purpose flour
1 ½ c. Whole flour 
1 ½ tsp. Yeast

How to make mushroom pizza and Garlic-Bacon Pizza

3 bacon slices, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons oil 
§ cup halved peeled large garlic cloves (about 2 1/2 ounces)
12 ounces assorted fresh wild mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, dig matchstick-size strips
1 10-ounce purchased fully baked thin pizza crust
1 cup mixed Italian cheeses

Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until golden, about 10 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels. Pour off drippings from skillet. Add oil and garlic to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat until garlic is golden, stirring occasionally, about quarter-hour . Add mushrooms and  pepper;  cook over high temperature until vegetables are fully cooked, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Sprinkle cheeses, then vegetable mixture and bacon over crust. Bake until cheeses melt, about quarter-hour . Remove from oven. Let stand 2 minutes. dig wedges and serve.

Vegan pizza

This dish is one among my favorites , I probably eat it a minimum of once hebdomadally if less . Great alternative to typical pizza , super healthy which i always confirm I even have left over Veggies to throw on a salad to travel with it.”

PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup of mushrooms shopping list
1/2 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of onions
1/4 cup grated carrots or zucchini
any veggies to feature for pizza toppings
1/4-1/2 cup of guacamole or hummus (optional)
1/4-1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce 
4 multi whole grain tortillas
2 tbsp oil 
2 tbsp apple vinegar 
squeeze of a lemon
PREPARATION:

preheat oven to 375
if using , mix oil , apple vinegar and juice together, set aside
lay out tortillas and spread hummus or guacamole (optional) and than spaghetti sauce on top
arrange vegetables on pizza however you'd like 
sprinkle grated carrot on top
sprinkle oil mixture on top of everything
bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is crispy
